ALDA – Association of the Local Democracy Agencies and UNDP – Art programme signed an important Memorandum of Understanding on 17 July 2013 in Geneva, at the UN Headquarter. The agreement highlights the common features of the programmes, developing synergies in fostering cooperation at the local level between local authorities and civil society, and aims at the development of common projects and strategies.
