EU Policies and Tools in Western Balkans – The Opportunities for Local Governments (2006)

In the framework of the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI) project “IB – Italian-Balkan Partnership” in cooperation with CeSPI and Association of Local Democracy Agencies, Local Democracy Agency Sisak organised seminar for representatives of local governments “EU Policies and Tools in the Western Balkans – the Opportunities for Local Governments”.

Seminar was held in City Assembly Zagreb and opened by Deputy Mayor of City of Zagreb, Mrs. Ljiljana Kuhta Jelicic.

The aim of the seminar was to provide the beneficiaries from Western Balkans Local Governments with the basic know-how relevant to EU External Co-operation with the Region and to present EU funds.

The participants were representatives of the local governments from allover Croatia and representatives of the Local Democracy Agencies Osijek and Brtonigla.
