Donor: The project is fully funded with 100% non-refundable funds; the funding is secured through the European Social Fund+ (85%) and national co-financing from the Croatian State Budget (15%).
This project aims to provide support services to individuals aged 65 and over and adults with disabilities (18 years and older), contributing to their increased social inclusion, prevention of institutionalisation, enabling them to remain in their homes, and ensuring their right to live in the community.
The provision of support services will be implemented in the area of the City of Sisak, including urban and rural parts, and will start on 1 April 2024. A public call for expressions of interest from the target groups, including eligibility criteria for users, will be published on our website.
The project will be implemented over 36 months, with support services being provided for 33 months.
Project Activities:
- Employment of 16 service providers for at least 96 members of the target group to:
Organise food provision,
b. Perform household chores,
c. Maintain personal hygiene,
d. Meet other daily needs. - Monitoring and controlling the delivery of services;
- Procurement and distribution of household and basic hygiene supplies, in accordance with donor rules;
- Communication and visibility;
- Project management and administration.
