The project aims to increase the capacities of steakholders at the regional level to deal with growing social risks in the context of the Europeanization of Croatian social policy.

The Social Charter of Croatia will contain the basic guidelines for the construction of a social policy that will guarantee basic human rights, and the starting point for further planning social reforms according to established normative-value positions Europeanized Croatian social policies with suistainable, efficiant and socially equitable objectives available to a wider range of steakholders.
Social Charter will jave an impact on the harmonization of social policies at the national, regional and local levels.
