In a framework of a MO.D.E. project, representatives of the LDA Sisak, Paula Raužan and Kristina Ferenac, participated from 4th to 7th October 2010 in the Study visit to ACRO (Active Creative and Reforming Organisation) in Kastoria, Greece.
The purpose of the Study visit is to exchange best practices and experiences aiming in promoting voluntarism in local community, but at the European level as well, and therefore build a network of civil society organisations that promotes voluntarism and networking as a tool for achieving mobility and active citizenship.
Representatives of the LDA Sisak met Mrs. Kalliopi Pursanidou, Mayor of Dimos Akriton Municipality, where the volunteers of ACRO conducted a course of Greek language for immigrants and participated in building of a kindergarten.

They also met with president of ACRO, Mr. Nicos Panagiotou and their volunteers in order to exchange experiences, methodologies and plan possible future cooperation.
